What data we collect
This calculator collects no personal data. Loan characteristics you enter into the calculator (FICO band, LTV, purpose, occupancy, property type, loan amount, lock period) are sent to the API solely for the purpose of calculating the adjustment ledger. These inputs are not logged, stored, or retained after the response is returned.
No accounts, no cookies
This site does not require an account, login, or registration. It does not set any cookies, tracking pixels, or persistent identifiers. No session data is stored server-side.
Data processing
The calculation is performed entirely in memory on Cloudflare Workers. The input data is not written to any database, queue, or persistent storage layer. It exists only for the duration of the HTTP request and is discarded when the response is sent.
Third-party services
The site loads font files from Google Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com and fonts.googleapis.com). Google's use of data is governed by their privacy policy. No other third-party services receive data from this site.
No email
This service has no way to send email. No email address is requested, stored, or transmitted. No newsletters, alerts, or notifications are sent.
Data retention
Because no personal data is collected, no data is retained. Each calculation is ephemeral and exists only in the visitor's browser session until the page is refreshed or closed.
Your rights
Since this service collects no personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or port. If you have questions about this policy, contact the operator through the channels provided on the Terms of Service page — once those channels are established.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
